Finishing Services
We offer many different finishing solutions to best suit your needs. We can also source any colors/finishes we may not already have. We do our part to care of and have pride in everything we do. Every finished part is diligently packed with love, care, foam and cardboard to help your piece remain legendary every step of the way. We will never use staples in order to avoid scratching, gouging, or galling. We will only use tape or protected banding to make sure your part arrives safely and securely. Part Prepping
After getting in contact with us, we analyze the size and condition of your part so we can understand and then share with you the amount of prep work that will need to be done in order to ensure a quality coating. Prepping is important, without it the finish is liable to chip or fail. We take advantage of our sandblasting unit to remove any rust and weld burrs. We utilize ketone chemicals to release grease and grime from your part to ensure a clean stick when coating. Finally, for those really stuck on paints/powders, we take advantage of a heat-based stripping process which can safely reach vaporizing temperatures.

* While we do our best to remain fair, prices may vary at our discretion upon part inspection** We are extremely careful and diligent with every part that comes into our shop, but rust changes the overall integrity of the metal therefore we cannot be liable for holes, cracks, fractures, or breaks in rusty parts during prep
*** Although it does not happen often, casted metal (specifically aluminum cast) may sometimes have bubbles or air pockets internally. Powder Coating
After we prep your part for service the choice of color and finish is yours. Going for something fully blacked out? We got you covered. Going for something more bright and colorful? We got you covered. Got something more specific or unique in mind? We got you covered. Working with our supplier we are able to source any RAL number for powder colors as well as secure any finish (matte, gloss, flat, e.t.c). We can use super durable polyester powder that’s good in outdoor use cases, or you may be looking for something more chemical resistant in which case we’d recommend an epoxy or hybrid powder.

* While we do our best to remain up-to-date on powder prices, the price of all colors and finishes may vary depending on availability, color, and finish** Use cases of finished parts vary heavily therefore we cannot be held liable for powder failure after it leaves our facility

Wet Spray Coating
After your part is ready to be serviced the type and color of wet spray is in your hands. Ceramic coats provide you with a long lasting, easy to clean, UV protected coat. We can also source specialty ceramic for high-temp resistance or anti-slip properties. Looking for something industrial? Try out the high-temperature resistant low friction coatings.
